The STEP E3 WRAP 2100 LARGO is a semi-automatic pallet wrapping machine built for bulkier pallet loads, with a turning diameter of 2500mm for pallets sizing 2000mm x 600mm.

Enhanced with photocell and fixed-stop height detection for safe, automated operation, the rotary arm halts the process at any obstruction — keeping pallets stable and ready for transport.

No ramp. No hill. No weight limit.

Floor-level wrapping with no turntable needed — built with 95% recyclable materials.

Lightweight Eco-Friendly Machine — Designed with recyclable materials of about 95%.

No Ramp, No Hill, No Blockage — No need for turn tables, hence there won't be any pushing or pulling of pallets for wrapping purposes.

No Package Weight Limit — As pallets are situated on the floor without any ramp, package weight is boundless.

Easy to Operate — Equipped with a Mini PLC. Standard top and button wrap programs can be modified using the PLC with a programming cable (item no. 95081884). Required software download is free with purchase.

Height Detection — Automated photocell sensing adjusts wrapping to pallet height.

Pre-Stretch with Photocell — Film is stretched to its potential competence, saving material and reducing cost. A 100% extra stretching is available on demand (PLUS 100).

Speed — Wraps pallets at a rate of 25 – 500 pallets/week, suited for standard pallets: EURO (800mm x 1200mm), US (1000mm x 1200mm), and Industrial (1350mm x 950mm).

Film Roll Made for E3 WRAP 2100 — A 750mm-wide film roll on a Ø38mm core saves film, transport cost, and time. Rolls weigh under 12kg versus a standard 17kg, for easier lifting.

5-Level Safety System and Fix Stop — Includes an emergency stop safety system to protect personnel. The rotary arm halts automatically if an operator gets in the way, even mid-motion.

Easy to Install — A wall-mounted stretch film wrapper.
