Semi-Automatic Pallet Wrapping Machine

The E3 WRAP 2100 is built from 95% recyclable materials and can wrap over a hundred pallets in a single shift, sending out neatly packed loads ready for distribution. It handles pallets of varying dimensions with no fuss.

The lightweight, ergonomic design eases lifting and cuts down on warehouse fatigue, while a 5-level safety system keeps operators protected. No turntable is needed to operate it, so the machine leaves more open floor space than comparable units — and it wraps a pallet in 1 to 2 minutes at a reasonable price.

A straightforward upgrade from manual wrapping — it secures product quality, cuts labor effort, and lifts overall throughput.

Brake Pre-Stretch with Photocell — Stretches film to its full capacity, cutting material use and cost.

Speed — Wraps 25–500 pallets a week, sized for EURO (800×1200mm), US (1000×1200mm), and industrial (1350×950mm) pallets. The film roll — 750mm wide on a ø38mm core — cuts film, transport cost, and transport time, and weighs under 12kg versus the standard 17kg for easier handling.

5-Level Safety System — Includes an emergency stop to protect personnel. The rotary arm stops the moment an operator gets in its path, even mid-motion.

Easy to Install — Wall-mounted stretch film wrapper, with a free-standing POLE option available.
