Dual Rotary Arm Pallet Wrapping Machine

The E3 WRAP 2100 DUO is built for plants that want to double their pallet wrapping output. It runs two rotary arms, wrapping two palletized loads at the same time.

A 5-level safety system keeps the environment and operators protected, while the dual-arm setup cuts material cost and power draw per pallet wrapped — a long-term lift in productivity for the shop floor.

Pre-Stretch with Photocell — Stretches film to its full capacity, cutting material use and cost. 100% extra stretch is available on demand (PLUS 100).

Speed — Wraps 25–500 pallets a week, sized for EURO (800×1200mm), US (1000×1200mm), and industrial (1350×950mm) pallets.

Purpose-Made Film Roll — A 750mm-wide roll on a ø38mm core cuts film, transport cost, and transport time. Rolls weigh under 12kg versus the standard 17kg, for easier handling.

5-Level Safety System — Includes an emergency stop to protect personnel. Each rotary arm stops the moment an operator gets in its path, even mid-motion.

Easy to Install — Wall-mounted stretch film wrapper.
