The STEP TP-602MV Semi-Auto Pallet Strapping Machine is a mobile solution designed to simplify vertical strapping of palletized goods. Available for 9 mm, 12 mm and 15.5 mm PP and PET strap, it combines a retractable sword with friction-weld sealing to make pallet strapping faster and easier for the operator.

Instead of manually feeding strap underneath the pallet, the retractable sword guides the strap through the pallet void and returns it to the operator. This reduces unnecessary movement around the load and provides an efficient solution for low to moderate pallet-strapping requirements.

With a tension range of 70–1,500 N (7–150 kg), robust construction and mobile design, the TP-602MV is suitable for warehouses, distribution centres, production facilities and packaging areas handling palletized products.

Available Strap Widths

The STEP TP-602MV is available in three strap-width configurations:

9 mm – Item No. 41001009
For applications requiring narrower PP or PET strapping.

12 mm – Item No. 41001012
Standard general-purpose configuration for pallet strapping applications.

15.5 mm – Item No. 41001015
Wider strap configuration for applications requiring 15.5 mm PP or PET strapping.
