The STEP FRM-980ZQ is a stainless-steel continuous band sealer designed for reliable sealing of heat-sealable packaging bags.

The machine combines continuous sealing, air suction and gas flushing in one system. Air can be removed from the package before sealing, or the package can be flushed with gas depending on the packaging requirement.

The sealing head and conveyor height can be adjusted, and the sealing head can be tilted to suit different package formats. The machine also features adjustable sealing temperature and speed together with solid-ink printing for production marking.

The FRM-980ZQ is suitable for packaging applications where consistent sealing and controlled package atmosphere are required.
