The STEP TP-733V / VM / VLM Pollux III Series is designed for fully automatic pallet strapping in high-volume production, logistics and industrial packaging lines.

The series combines reliable friction-weld sealing, Siemens control technology and flexible PP/PET strap compatibility. Depending on the selected model, capacity reaches up to 90 pallets/hour.

The TP-733 Series is suitable for applications including logistics, corrugated and paper production, construction materials, food and beverage, bottles and cans, wood/timber and general industrial production.

Friction-weld technology eliminates the need for heater blades and helps reduce maintenance associated with carbon build-up, fumes and odors. The series also uses Siemens controls and HMI-assisted troubleshooting.

• TP-733V – High-speed configuration with capacity up to 90 pallets/hour. Available with 1400 × 2450 mm arch.
• TP-733VM – Indexed-head configuration with capacity up to 78 pallets/hour. Available with 1400 × 1650 mm and 1400 × 2450 mm arches.
• TP-733VLM – Indexed-head configuration with capacity up to 72 pallets/hour. Available with 1400 × 2450 mm and 1400 × 2850 mm arches.
