Our transparent pre-cut smooth cooking bags are suitable for sous vide cooking of solid, delicate and liquid foods. They guarantee excellent results thanks to the minimum thicknesses and a high resistance to heat and perforation. they are suitable for chamber vacuum packaging machines.
These are considered one of the safest plastics that are food-grade high-density polyamide and polypropylene. Virtually all sous vide bags are made from these plastics, most food-storage bags and plastic wraps are also made from polyamide. These bags have strong seams that are specifically designed for temperatures 158 °F / 70 °C) and helpful for keeping food fresher longer and for low temperature cooking of vacuum-packed products.
