The present general conditions are meant to rule exclusively the USERS' usage of only SAL-TECH website. The present general conditions are shown to the USERS at the website sal-tech.dk on each and every section, and whenever they introduce their personal data for filling up the forms available. They are expected to read them, print them, save them and accept them via Internet. These forms can't be actively inserted by USERS if this acceptance has not been previously made.

Access and usage of this site presupposes USER's complete and unconditional agreement with and the validity of each and every one of the General Terms and Conditions. 1.1.-The usage of SAL-TECH website doesn't entail the obligation of USER register, only if this USER wants to receive newsletters where it's necessary to be registered filling up a simple form; this subscription will be ruled by the specific general conditions. Access and usage conditions for this site are strictly ruled by the current law and by the Principle of Good Faith, which commits the USER to make a proper use of the site. Any actions against the law, rights or third parties' interests, as privacy right, data protection, intellectual property, etc., are completely forbidden. EAR.FLAP, explicitly forbids the following ones:

1.1.1.- Any kind of action that might provoke damages either SAL-TECH website and systems or third parties' systems. 

1.1.2.- Any kind of unauthorized publicity and/or commercial information, either openly or covertly done. It is also forbidden to send massive e-mails (spamming) and send oversized messages so as to block the network servers (mail bombing).

1.2.- SAL-TECH can at any moment interrupt the access to its website if any usage against the law, the good faith or the present general conditions is detected.- See clause 5.

SECOND.- CONTENTS. All the contents included in this website have been elaborated and inserted by SAL-TECH.

2.1.- SAL-TECH itself, both through internal and external sources. SAL-TECH will only be liable for the contents internally elaborated.

2.2.- SAL-TECH reserves the right to modify the contents of its website whenever it is necessary.

SAL-TECH is a registered trademark. It's completely forbidden any external usage of the mark SAL-TECH; this prohibition includes both the name and the logo, unless SAL-TECH explicitly allows their usage. All rights are reserved. The web site of SAL-TECH - the proper contents, the programming and the design of the web site - is protected entirely by the copyright, remaining definitely prohibited any reproduction, communication, distribution and transformation of the above-mentioned protected elements safe express assent of SAL-TECH.

FOURTH.- JURISDICTION AND APLICABLE LAW

The present general conditions are ruled by the Danish Legislation. Courts of Denmark are competent to solve any controversy or conflict that derives from the present legal notice resigning definitely the USER from any other jurisdiction that could correspond to him.

FIFTH.-

In case any clause of the present document should be declared void, other clauses will be still current and will be interpreted bearing in mind the will of the parts and the purpose itself of the present conditions. SAL-TECH will not be able to exercise any of the rights and faculties awarded in this document what will not involve in any case the resignation to the same ones except express recognition on the part of SAL-TECH.
